Data Regarding The Project
The first year's expected revenue is Rs 22.50 Cr. The expected cost of the effluent treatment, which must be completed within the year, is Rs. 5 per litre at the current rate. The company is required to treat the water up to 20% of TDS. Rate escalation is not taken into account when forecasting revenue during the course of the project. Saykha, Ankleshwar, and Dahej in Gujarat State produce the most chemical water waste for the dyes and other intermediaries of the total waste of the entire country as a result of the country's rising industry in recent years.
Plant for Western Treatment
There are just 8–10 common ETP spray dryers operating in Gujarat State. The Bharuch - Dahej Area will have an easier access for the Waster Water Treated with the New Industries coming. Saykha has been designated as the Chemical Zone, and between 250 and 400 new chemical factories are expected to open there during the next two years. For our project, every new chemical unit will represent a potential customer.

There are three to four active landfills in the State that will accept the solid waste produced by water spray dryers. As sewage moves slowly through the lagoons, bacteria gradually breakdown the organic materials in the water. Class C recycled water production takes 30 to 35 days to complete. With further processing, the system may also produce Class A water, the highest grade of recycled water.
